Requirements

For Tourist Visa:

1.     A valid passport of at least 6 months beyond intended length of stay in Indonesia;

2.     Visa application form with 1 recent passport size photograph (3x4cm);

3.     Invitation / confirmation letter from receiving Indonesian travel agency or confirmation of hotel reservation.

4.     Round trip ticket (2 way ticket);

For Business Visa/Socio-Cultural Visa

1.     A valid passport of at least 6 months beyond intended length of stay in Indonesia

2.     Visa application form with 1 recent passport size photograph (3x4cm);

3.     Invitation letter from registered Indonesian company (for business visa);

Reference/ Invitation letter from receiving organization in Indonesia, family to-be-visited or inviting company (for socio-cultural visa).

4.     Round trip ticket (2 way ticket)

5.     Confirmation of hotel reservation in Indonesia.
